Australia - Free shipping option at checkout for all purchases above $200 AUD.
$10 AUD Standard Shipping or $15 AUD Express shipping
International - $40 AUD standard shipping for all international purchases (excluding shipping duties and taxes)
Please note: on international orders any import taxes or fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Domestic and International Delivery Times
Australia Standard: 2-5 Business days
Australia Express: 1-3 Business days
International Standard shipping : Please allow 15-20 business days.
Delivery Information
- We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Please note during sale periods this time frame may be affected.
- All orders are shipped from our Sydney warehouse.
- Orders are shipped via Australian Post.
- Once order has been shipped you will receive tracking details via email.
- Baise Active takes no responsibility for orders shipped to an incorrect or invalid address and is not liable for any loss associated.
- Once the items have been shipped Baise Active take no responsibility for any lost or damaged parcels. All lost, damaged or parcels claimed as delivered are to be taken up with Australian Post.
